If disputes do arise, we will undertake an early assessment of the contentious issues involved so that our clients are fully aware of the likely outcomes. We seek to resolve disputes without a formal dispute resolution process wherever possible so that commercial relationships can be preserved, often advising clients behind the scenes in their negotiations.
It is, however, not always possible to achieve a resolution and if necessary we are able to rely on our wide experience in litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and all other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
