Andy Williamson

Andy Williamson is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and admitted to the Roll of Solicitors for the Law Society of Ireland. He has an Msc in Construction Law and Arbitration.

Andy acts for a range of international commercial clients across the Manufacturing and Retail, Renewable Energy and Technology and Media sectors providing both contentious and non contentious advice. Andy has advised on a number of major infrastructure and construction projects as well as having wide experience in commercial litigation, arbitration and ADR.

Clare Lowe

Director

Clare is a Solicitor and member of the Law Society of England and Wales. Clare gained over 10 years’ experience in the Real Estate department of top 100 law firms before taking up a position as in house legal counsel at Kingspan Energy. Clare has a wealth of Real Estate experience, across a broad client base, handling complex commercial conveyancing transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of premises and businesses for a wide variety of clients including, property investment companies, developers, local authorities and retail companies. As in house counsel she had responsibility for multi million pound portfolios within the energy sector. Clare works in our Real Estate and Renewable Energy teams heading up our Real Estate team.

Natasha Mafunga

Natasha MafungaNatasha is a solicitor based at our Salford Quays Manchester office. Natasha was born in Zimbabwe and speaks fluent Shona. She studied her undergraduate law degree at the University of Chester and went on to complete the LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law in Christleton in 2019 qualifying as a solicitor in March 2020. Natasha deals with commercial litigation matters in particular debt recovery, contract disputes and property litigation.

Sarah Butt

Sarah ButtSarah graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Politics and International Business.  After her degree, she completed a graduate scheme for a large hotel company before completing the LPC in 2016 and qualifying as a solicitor in April 2019.

Sarah deals with a broad range of commercial and property matters, such as leasing and disposals of commercial property, company re-organisations and shareholders agreement. Sarah acts for a wide variety of clients including charities, property investors, and high net worth individuals.
